Yes, training is free and unlimited, for as long as you use OVcare. That includes your initial onboarding, training for new staff as your team changes, refreshers whenever you need them, and guidance on new features as the platform develops. No cap, no extra cost.

No. OVcare charges a flat fee per home . Your monthly cost stays exactly the same whether your home has 1 young person or 10. There are no per-bed or per-YP charges, ever.
